SUMMER 2016 HOSPITALITY DAY!!!

The sun is shining, the trees and grass are green and the snow is melting! Spring is here and summer is right around the corner. Here at Nova Guides, we are ramping up for a spectacular summer full of family fun, activities and amazing weddings and groups. We are excited to take this time to host our partners in the community for our annual Nova Guides Hospitality Day.

Who is Invited?
We invite our front of house partners in the Vail and Summit Valleys including Front Desk, Concierge and Bellman. Sales, marketing and hospitality professionals and other hospitality employees who have direct contact with guests and promote Nova Guides are welcome.

What is Hospitality Day?
Hospitality days are complimentary days filled with all of the family fun activities that Nova Guides has to offer our Vail, Avon, Beaver Creek, and Summit County guests. We will offer ATV, Side by Side and Jeep tours as well as private fly fishing on our trout lake. Paintball will also be offered, please wear old clothing if you plan on participating; and NEW this year is Archery!
We will provide a lunch buffet from McAllister’s Grill to top off a fantastic day of summer activities. All of our outdoor adventures are guided by the best guides in the Vail Valley. We strive to keep our tours focused on fun and adventure, while introducing you to the rich history that Camp Hale has to offer. From stunning views of some of Vail Colorado’s most picturesque peaks, Alpine Meadows awash with wildflowers and aspen groves, to remnants of the 10th Mountain Division training facilities our tours offer a broad spectrum to complete your guests stay in the Vail Valley.
Our private trout lake offers some of the best trout fishing in the Vail Valley.  Our spring fed lake features all four species of the most sought after trout in Colorado: Brown, Rainbow, Cutthroat and Brook. Our guides will have everything that you need to catch the Colorado grand slam!

When is this Day of Adventure being offered?
Tuesday, June 14th, 2016.  We ask that you arrive 30 minutes before tour times begin. Tours will be starting at the top of each hour from 9:00 am until Noon. Lunch will be provided from 11:00 am until 1:00 pm.  Tours are first come first serve. There will be plenty of activities to choose from and our beautiful lodge will be open for you to relax in and take in one of the 300 days of Colorado sunshine.

Where do we go for Hospitality Day?
Camp Hale! We are located 15 miles from Vail and Beaver Creek, along a beautiful scenic drive down Highway 24. Camp Hale is the site of the 10th Mountain Division Training Facility during WWII.  Please visit our website for GPS coordinates and detailed directions at http://www.novaguides.com/about-us/directions/. Once you get here, you will want to check in at the Hospitality Desk and they will direct you to the Counter where you can sign up for the activity of your choice.

Why should I go?
Because who doesn’t want to spend a day in the majestic Rocky Mountains? Our goal is for you to have a fun time enjoying the different activities and tours that make Nova Guides the Vail Valley’s premiere outdoor adventure company. We would love you for you have a complete understanding of the “guest experience” and offer you the opportunity to see old friends and make some new ones in this amazing place that we call home.  AND….its FREE! We are thrilled to provide our top of the line service, experience and brand new fleet of ATVs and Side by Sides for you to enjoy. Although this activity is complimentary so that you can have a fantastic experience, if you enjoy yourself, please remember that gratuity for your guide is always greatly appreciated.
